Medical and Cancellation Insurance

It is the responsibility of each guest booked with The Churchill Experience to investigate and purchase the required medical and cancellation insurance they will require for joining this tour.  Whether you are a resident of Manitoba or not each guest should confirm and purchase, if required, the proper medical coverage for travelling to a remote isolated area within the Province of Manitoba, such as medical evacuation insurance.

The Churchill Experience is not responsible for any additional costs that may occur due to medical emergencies, inconveniences due to missed connections, other misunderstandings related to international travel or lost/stolen/ damaged luggage.


Cancellations must be submitted in writing.  Deposits are non refundable.  Cancellations received after 50% of remaining balance is paid are subject to an additional $250.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received after final balance is paid are not eligible for any refund.

No refunds are provided for unused services. Obtaining trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

 Privacy Policy

The Churchill Experience respects the privacy of our guests. Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than that which is collected regarding this tour.  Please note personal information is kept strictly confidential, unless otherwise stated below.

Information Collected

When a deposit is made all fields in the booking form must be completed.  In the event of an emergency your medical and registration information will be shared with healthcare professionals and rescue workers.

Releasing Information to Third Parties

Your personal information is only shared with third parties when required to make reservations. We do not sell or trade identifiable customer information to third parties.

Conditions and Responsibilities

This tour is under the management of The Churchill Experience, which has made all arrangements for accommodations and services furnished in conjunction with this tour.  The Churchill Experience is responsible for supplying the services and accommodations offered to the participants as set forth in the tour itinerary except such services and accommodation that cannot be supplied due to delays or other causes beyond the control of The Churchill Experience.  The participant waives any claim against The Churchill Experience for any damages to or loss of property or injury to or death of persons due to any act of omission of any persons rendering any of the services and accommodation on this tour, or due to any event, happening, misfortune, or occurrence whatsoever.  The prices quoted are subject to change and if we have fewer participants registered than required we reserve the right to cancel the trip or provide the clients with alternative travel dates.  The Churchill Experience reserves the right to decline or accept any person as a member of the tour and to require any individual to withdraw from the tour at any time, if the tour leader deems his/her conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the well being of any participant with no refund available.
